Project result: All tasks were implemented. Thanks to the very successful choice of the project, the price of the property after putting the house into operation increased from 400 thousand euros to 750 thousand euros, including repairs (data as of May 2022). The apartment is rented out and brings the owner a stable monthly income of 3,300 euros or 8.43% per annum. At the same time, the investor can sell the object at any time, earning 280,000 euros of net profit.

What has been done within the framework of this project
- Search and support for the purchase of an object: 5k apartment of 200 sq m on 2 floors with its own entrance and garden in a large project with a water lagoon, workout areas, playgrounds, near a forest, an ice stadium, a hypermarket, 7 minutes from the center of Bratislava by car. The price includes an underground parking space and a storage room of 5 sq. m.
- The interior design was ordered from a famous designer. An infrared sauna with a separate shower room, a relaxation room, and a sports area with a treadmill were added to the layout.
- Drawing up a contract with the contractor for the repair and maintenance of repair work.
- Finding a tenant and agreeing with him the amount of rental payments to the investor at the level of $48,000 per year.
- Property management, transferring to the investor a net profit of 3,300 euros per month, minus management fees and utilities. The net annual profit is 8.4% of the invested capital.
